Featured Wedding :: Joanna & Charles

Joanna and Charles were married in December. They chose to get married at UGA because it's where they met! They met during freshman orientation at the University of Georgia, but did not start dating until nine years later when we reconnected in Atlanta.
RED was the theme - all red roses for all of the flowers, the bride wore red shoes, the groom and groomsmen wore red ties, the invitations were red, etc. - because red is the bride's favorite color. In addition to red, black and white also were used as the secondary colors. Black and red are the colors for the University of Georgia, where the couple met and where they held their wedding. In addition, the holiday season played into the theme, with green wreaths on the doors of the chapel and other Christmas time hints of decoration at the reception site.
